You know you are capable of more. You are not sure of what.

I help people work out the thing worth pursuing, then how to get there. The job, the degree, the business, and the money decisions wrapped around all three. Recruiting is my trade, so I have watched where thousands of paths actually led rather than where people hoped they would.

Picking a slot places a hold on the time, it does not confirm the session. Google will send an automatic calendar invite straight away, but the session is only confirmed once payment is verified. Unpaid holds are released 12 hours before the slot.

Advice about potential is easy to give and hard to trust. Mine comes from a decade of watching what actually happened to people, at the point where decisions get made.

  • 5 yearsinside hiring decisions, since June 2021
  • 100 to 1,000applications read for a single role
  • 30 to 100people spoken to per hire

Four ways in

What you can work on

Four things people bring me. Most sessions touch more than one, because these decisions are rarely separate in real life.

Career and vocation

Work out what you actually want to be doing, then how to get there.

  • Not knowing what you want, only that this is not it
  • Choosing between offers, or whether to switch at all
  • A CV or profile that is not getting responses
  • Interview preparation
  • Figuring out what to learn next, and what to ignore
  • Understanding why you keep getting rejected

What to study

Choosing a degree or a next qualification on purpose, not by default.

  • After A levels, FSc, or high school, choosing a field with intent
  • Whether a bachelors or masters is worth its cost and its years
  • Picking between universities, countries, and funding routes
  • What a degree does and does not open, seen from the hiring side
  • Switching fields after a degree that is not working out

Start or scale a business

The thing you want to build, and what it will really take.

  • Whether the idea is worth leaving a salary for
  • First hires, team structure, and who you actually need next
  • What is stalling delivery and where it is stalling
  • An outside read on a decision you are too close to

Personal and business finances

The numbers under the decision, and the operations that produce them.

  • Reading an offer properly, past the headline salary
  • Negotiating pay, and knowing when not to
  • Whether a degree, a course, or a move pays for itself
  • Getting personal cash flow under control before a big change
  • Pricing, margins, and unit economics that actually hold
  • Runway, payroll planning, and when a hire pays for itself
  • Where the money is leaking in how the business runs

Every session

What you actually get

  • A live call on Google Meet.
  • Written notes and 2 or 3 specific next steps, sent the same day.
  • Text check ins afterwards, so the plan does not die on the call.

30 minute session

  • 3 text check ins within 30 days

60 minute session

  • One 20 minute follow up call within 30 days
  • 6 text check ins within 45 days

Not sure which of the four you need?

Book the 30 minute session. Working that out is part of it, and you still leave with written notes and next steps.

If you book a 60 minute session or a package within 14 days after it, the 30 minute fee comes off the price.

Going further

More than one conversation

Two ways to keep going, for when a single session is not the shape of the problem.

3 session pack

Work one decision all the way through to done.

PKR 13,500 or USD 160

  • Three 60 minute sessions, used when you need them
  • Written notes and next steps after every session
  • Check ins stay open for 60 days

Monthly mentorship

Someone in your corner while you execute, month to month.

PKR 18,000 or USD 220

  • Two 60 minute sessions or four 30 minute sessions a month
  • Check ins any weekday
  • CV and portfolio reviews
  • One or two warm introductions where they make sense

Priced for access and response time rather than for session hours. If you only want the calls, the 3 session pack is better value and I will tell you so.

  • Check ins are text, not calls. Answered within 24 hours on weekdays.
  • The follow up call is for progress on the plan we already made. A different problem is a new session.
  • Follow ups and check ins expire at the end of the stated window.

Booking to confirmed

How it works

  1. Pick a slot. This holds the time, it does not confirm the session.
  2. You get an invoice on WhatsApp or email.
  3. Pay and send the receipt.
  4. I confirm on WhatsApp and the session is locked in.

Background

Who you are talking to

Most advice about potential comes from people who never saw how the story ended. I did. Recruiting put me at the point where decisions get made, and I have spent five years watching which choices opened doors for people and which quietly closed them.

I have been recruiting continuously since June 2021. I am the first dedicated recruiting hire at ImagineArt, a bootstrapped AI creative suite, where the company has grown from 130 to 208 people. Before that I owned technical recruitment at Cowlar Design Studio, a Y Combinator Winter 2017 company, through growth from 14 to 136 people.

I also founded and ran Placentek, built a team of 14, placed 15 to 20 engineers with clients, and exited to Vyro. Personal and operational finances are a particular strength of mine, and not a theoretical one. I have set pricing, watched runway, and met a payroll of my own.

For a single role I will read anywhere from 100 to 1,000 applications and speak to 30 to 100 people. That is why this is not generic advice. I am not guessing at what works, I have seen the sample.

BSc Electrical and Computer Engineering, CASE Islamabad. Professional Certificate in Public Policy, UMass Amherst, on a US State Department exchange.

Before you book

Questions

Which should I book first?
The 30 minute session, unless you already know exactly what you need. It is a real session, not a call about which call to book, and if you go on to a 60 minute session or a package within 14 days its fee comes off the price.
What if I do not know what I want yet?
That is the most common reason people book, and it is the most useful place to start. We work out what you are actually optimising for before we talk about any job, degree, or business.
Is this worth it if I am a student with no experience?
Yes, that is a large part of who books. The earlier you choose on purpose, the fewer years you spend correcting the choice.
I am a parent booking for my child. Does that work?
Yes. The session is with the student, because they are the one who has to live with the decision. You are welcome to join for the first and last five minutes.
What does the finance side actually cover?
Personal finances and the operational finances of a business, which is where I am strongest. What an offer is really worth, whether a degree pays for itself, getting your own cash flow under control, and on the business side pricing, margins, runway, payroll, and where money is leaking in how you operate. To be clear about the boundary: this is guidance from running these numbers in practice, not licensed investment, tax, or legal advice.
What if I need to reschedule?
Message before the session and we move it. TODO, confirm the exact notice period.
Do you guarantee a job, a placement, or a business outcome?
No. Nobody honestly can. What you get is an accurate read on where you stand and a specific plan you can act on.
Can you refer me to a role?
Referrals happen when there is a genuine fit, they are not something you can buy. Sessions are advice, not placement.
How do I pay from outside Pakistan?
TODO, confirm the international payment method before launch. Account details are never published on this page in any case.
