Booking terms

Picking a slot places a hold on the time, it does not confirm the session. Google Calendar sends an automatic acceptance and calendar invite the moment you book, and that behaviour cannot be switched off. That automatic invite is not a confirmation.

After you pick a slot you get an invoice on WhatsApp or email. Once you pay and send the receipt, I confirm on WhatsApp and the session is locked in. Unpaid holds are released 12 hours before the slot.

Sessions run 11:00am to 3:00pm Pakistan time, seven days a week, and are delivered as a 1:1 call on Google Meet. The Meet link is generated by Google when you book.

If you book a 60 minute session or a package within 14 days of a completed 30 minute session, the fee you paid for that 30 minute session is credited against the price. The credit applies once, to one booking, and lapses after 14 days.

Sessions are advice and guidance, not a guarantee of any job, offer, salary, admission, or business outcome. Referrals happen when there is a genuine fit, they are not something you can buy.

Where a session covers money, whether that is an offer, the cost of a degree, or the finances of a business, it is general guidance based on experience. It is not licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Decisions you take remain yours.

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

Message before the session and we will move it. TODO, confirm the exact notice period before launch.

If you cancel a confirmed session with reasonable notice, you are refunded in full. If you do not attend and did not message, the session is treated as delivered.

If a confirmed slot cannot be honoured from my side, you choose: a full refund, or a new time at no extra cost.

Follow up calls and text check ins expire at the end of the window stated for your package. Check ins are text, not calls, and are answered within 24 hours on weekdays.

Privacy

Booking a session collects your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the booking form about what you want out of the session. It is used to schedule, confirm, and deliver your session, and for nothing else.

Bookings run through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, so what you enter there is also processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

Anything you share in a session, including your CV, is confidential. It is not shared, quoted, or published without your explicit written permission. That includes testimonials.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
